We accept returns on any qualifying product within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. We are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at hello@oakessentials.com within 30 days. Oak Essentials will provide a return label - customer is not responsible for return shipping costs.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
